Plant Return Policy for Online/Shipped Orders

We do not accept returns on shipped live plants, due to many factors. If you have na issue with your plant order, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you toward a solution.


Shipping Damages:

Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot be responsible for damages that occur during shipment. We package everything to arrive safely, but there is always the chance that packages can be roughly handled, regardless of how well we package your items. All packages are inspected and photographs are taken prior to shipment for insurance purposes. If you receive a package that contains a damaged item, please take a picture and contact us immediately upon receipt and we will work with you to find a solution.


Plant Return Policy for In-Store Orders

If you have issues with a plant that has been purchased from us, we will accept an exchange within 21 days as long as the plant is in its original condition and free of damage.

If you have repotted your plant, we cannot accept any exchange but we are willing to help you find out what is happening with your plant.
